​We will be shipping your package from Nicaragua, Central America. Various factors could play a part in discerning when you will receive your order: International Shipping Times, Customs, Backordered Items, etc...

If an item is in stock, our goal is to ship within 2 business days. Shipments are sent via Regular Postal Mail which normally takes between 11 - 28 business days to worldwide destinations. Shipping cost is calculated according to the weight of your order and the country of your shipping address. We are currently offering free shipping to USA and Canada.

Backordered Items: If an item is found out of stock, you can email us to request a backorder on that item, or you can sign-up for an email reminder when the item is back in stock on the product page. Please be assured that we do our best to remake the item and restock it as fast as possible.

Backordered items will not be charged until the time of shipment. Thank you for your patience.

Made to Order items are not kept in stock, but are paid for up front. Also, a 2 week lead time to make the item is necessary. If there are any special requests, these can be added to the "note" section on the checkout page. We will let you know as soon as the item has been shipped.

Most often there are no further charges on your shipment. We regularly ship to Europe, North America, Australia, & New Zealand and we have not yet encountered any additional fees or taxes. Your country may, however, charge an import fee or tax for an international order. If this is the case, please contact us with the necessary information, and we will figure out the best way to help.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification in your email. The Nicaraguan postal service does not have an online tracking system, however, certain countries will re-use the issued confirmation number as the tracking number once the package has reached the country of destination and has passed customs. The number may be available to be tracked using your own postal service's online system. Although, this tracking method often works, it is not guaranteed. Often, the package, although in transit in the destination country, can not be tracked by the standard method.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally parcels are returned to us as undeliverable. We will contact you as soon as the parcel has been received back by us and let you know the reason that it was returned to us by the post office. If it was returned due to an incorrect address, we will gladly resend the package, however a small shipping fee will be charged for the 2nd shipment.
